Delivering the exact optimal wavelength of near, mid and far infrared, with six customized health programs, the mPulse is more than an infrared sauna, it’s a wellness tool that easily adapts to your changing health needs.
You have the choice of six different settings that target your specific healthcare needs, or a generalized wide spectrum setting focused on time length.
Therapeutic Massage is aimed at identifying soft tissue dysfunction that is causing pain and discomfort, and working on releasing tight and contracted muscles, while soothing the synergistic overstretched and weak muscles.
Therapeutic Massage utilizes deep tissue, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Pain management massage is highly effective for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of cellular debris that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Lymphatic Massage (MLD)
Lymphatic Massage, also known as manual lymph drainage (MLD), is a gentle and rhythmic massage that aims to move congested lymph fluid through the body, relieving swelling, reducing pain, reducing recovery time from surgery, reducing scar tissue, and enhancing the functioning of the immune system.
Full body lymph drainage and lymph lift sessions can be offered in the comfort of your home or hospital room. Lymph Lift sessions are face, head, and neck only and are especially useful for anyone suffering from puffiness in the face, TMJ issues, chronic sinus and ear congestion, stroke and TBI recovery, neuralgia, MS, Parkinson's Disease, and face/dental trauma or surgery.
Full Body lymph drainage sessions start at the neck and go down the front and back of the body. It's ideal for removing swelling, bloating, speeding up a sluggish system that is harboring inflammation, disease, and proteins. It gives the immune system a boast, and helps increase energy and decrease fatigue.
As I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist . Some insurance companies will reimburse for manual lymphatic drainage provided by a CMLDT with a Doctor's prescription.

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Hot stones are excellent at softening up hypertensive superficial muscles prior to deep tissue work, hot stone add ons are used to address one or two specific focus areas.
Due to the set up time needed, hot stone request must be made when appointment is booked.
